Job Description
· Manage and maintain Executive’s dynamic day to day schedule
· Manage Executive’s day-to-day tasks and monitor projects
· Prepare materials needed for meetings
· Handle international travel logistics
· Organize agendas and materials for meetings
· Handle all logistics for meetings
· Creating and reformatting effective presentations and documentation
Requirements
· 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or other administrative position, in a dynamic and
changing environment
· English mother tongue
· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· B.A
· Highly experienced with Office
· Strong administrative and managerial outlook on the calendar
· Strong writing skills
· A problem solver, quick thinker, and executer
· A multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys working within a team
· Strong attention to details and highly developed organizational skills
· Full-time position
· The role requires working in the Jerusalem office (2-3 days) and in the Tel Aviv office.
