The Hadassah Offices in Israel (HOI) serves as the liaison office for Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist
Organization of America (HWZOA) in Israel. We are seeking a Marketing Director to play a pivotal role
in increasing Hadassah's brand awareness and online presence in Israel. As the Marketing Director,
you will collaborate with various departments to drive fundraising, enhance the organization's
reputation, and establish strategic partnerships to expand visibility among staff of Hadassah's entities
in Israel (including Hadassah Medical Organization and the youth villages Hadassah Neurim and Meir
Shfeyah), consumers, and the broader Israeli public.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Director will work with the Executive Director, the Israel Director of Public Relations,
other HOI senior management team members, and marketing and communications personnel from
other Hadassah entities to maximize the visibility and continually enhance the brand and image of
Hadassah Offices in Israel. The Marketing Director will maintain familiarity with projects and
initiatives at other Hadassah entities to enhance cross-organizational collaboration, evaluate potential
collaborations and partnerships to determine their viability and efficacy, and identify strategic
marketing opportunities for Hadassah Offices in Israel. The Marketing Director will develop and carry
out projects, campaigns, and online and in-person events.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand Hadassah's
positioning in Israel and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with HOI leadership to develop a strategic marketing plan
identifying target markets, strategies, and tactics to reach defined audiences effectively.
• Budgeting: Develop and execute marketing plans within the allocated budget, ensuring
effective allocation of resources.
• Digital Marketing: Create and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy,
encompassing social media, content marketing, website development and optimization, and
other online efforts to bolster the organization's digital presence and engagement.
• Brand Management: Collaborate with HWZOA to maintain consistent and appropriate visual
Offline Presence: Organize and execute initiatives, including conferences, events, educational
campaigns, exhibits, and promotional materials, to promote Hadassah's image and reputation
in Israel.
• Marketing Analytics: Collect and analyze data to measure marketing performance, track KPIs,
and make data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing activities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across HOI, HWZOA, Hadassah
International Israel (HII), HMO, and Youth Villages to achieve common goals and maximize
impact.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications
roles.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at working across
diverse cultures and countries.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both
languages.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Jerusalem office.
