We’re looking for a talented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support and solving complex problems.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of technical customer service experience, a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field or in your last year available for a full-time position, and fluency in English. Experience with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
Role Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve intricate content-related issues
- Deliver exceptional customer support
- Foster teamwork and contribute to the training of new hires
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery and issue resolution
